While working at a strategic business systems consulting firm
with a 3 person design team and a dozen programmers we developed
a fortune 500 companies B2B site, enhanced their customer
service site,, and created an internal system for use by the
Engineering Finance department.
The products required a full configurator of parts built
on completely dynamic JSP pages. My task was to work with
developers to achieve seamless backend database integration
with my presentation layer while maintaining an easy, undaunting
purchase path for the user.
